You shall check as following:

    Cheack ture off electrical spare part when stalling.

    Check if belt-generator slack,wire and joint clean and poor contact, leading to leakage.

    Check generator or voltage regulator is in working order.

    Check if the electronic accessories  beyond capability to load.

    Check if the state of current are switch on, faulty electrical connection or short circuit and resistance increase in the joint.

    Check if fully tricklecharge for batteries which over discharge.

    Check if the batteries or other spare part switch off avoid amount of electricity are used out.

Notice:

    It's  no problem that amount of electricity are used out but the problem is the vehicle if constantly exhaust amount of electricity,its necessary to check system overall,include system of load and abnormally leakage,etc.

    Leakaging within 30 milliampere are noral owing to small electronic accessories mounted in a vehicle,such as clock, car alarm ,microprocessor,ect.

How to check leakage

   Close the power of engine and electronic accessories mounted in a vehicle.

   While checking the circuit,connecting with the (-) pole to batteries to adjust the range to exact number.Within regular state under 30 milliampere,check if normal the circuit of the spare part in the vehicle while beyond 30 milliampere.

How to inspect alternating current generator:

   Visual inspection

Check if the pedrail of the generator is loose, if cables of battery and generator are connected well.

   Preparation for checking the alternating current generator

   A voltage gauge should be parallelly connected to the circuit, the positive polar of the gauge should be connected to the protruding terminus correctly. The negative polar should be connected to the body of the generator.

   A current gauge should be connected in series with the generator at the output point. The figures shown is the current output value of the generator.

   Rheostat made from carbon should be parallelly connected to the battery to imitate the electrical parts of the car.

  Inspection to the generator when it is idling

   Let the generator idle.

   Adjust Rheostat until getting the maximum generator current. But the voltage can not be lower than 13V, watch the current value, then cut off the power of Rheostat. The figure should be in compliance with the rated current that shows on the stick on the generator. Error 10% is allowed. If error is too big the generator must be repaired.

  Inspection to the generator when it is working

   Generator up to about 3000rev/min,and wait for both voltage and current to be stable.

   Adjust Rheostat until getting the maximum generator current. But the voltage can not be lower than 13V, watch the current value, then cut off the power of Rheostat. The figure should be in compliance with the rated current that shows on the stick on the generator. Error 10% is allowed. If error is too big the generator must be repaired.

  Inspection to working voltage of the voltage adjustor

   Failure of voltage adjustor can cause charging voltage to be too high or too low. If it is too high it might cause over charged. If too low it might cause under charged and sulfuration on the plates.

   Keep the rev at about 3000rev/min and watch the figures on the voltage gauge, figure should be between 13.5-14.7V. if it is not, the generator or voltage adjustor should be repaired.

   Parallelly connect the voltage to the battery, watch the figure which should be between 13.5-14.7V. if the previous testing passed and this figure is out of the 13.5-14.7V.then there might be problems like loose connectors or high resistance, so that generator can not charge the battery normally. Please check carefully with the circuit.
